Running for the Corporate Cup

The race is on for the largest team entry in the 2015 Bendigo Bank Fun Run. As reigning champions for the past two years, the AFS & Associates / Venture Financial Advisers team are keen to take out the award again.

The team topped the table with 114 entrants last year. This year, registrations have surpassed expectations, and we hope to have the same result on the track as well.

The annual fun run is now in its ninth year, with proceeds to go to rehabilitation services at Bendigo Health. This year there will be a half marathon event, as well as the usual 5km, 10km and 15 km circuits and 5km walk.

Eli, Audrey, Verity and Thom are excited to the part of the team and to be running (or walking) with their parents. Audrey is afraid her Dad won’t be able to keep up.

“We have always been a big supporter of the fun run as it’s a great chance for the AFS and Venture families to get together on a social basis, increase their fitness and support a great community cause at the same time” according to Graeme Stewart, Partner at AFS.

So, look out for the green and blue jerseys – as they run past you!
