AFS is proud to be part of a supportive regional community. Each year we support local organisations, charities and not-for-profits through direct or in-kind sponsorship. Many of these not-for-profits wouldn’t exist without the tireless commitment of volunteers, and we are proud to help support them, as they support our community.
As a client of AFS you join our community and network of individuals and businesses. As a firm, we keep a current register of what goods and services our clients provide, and our team are encouraged to buy from our AFS community and support your business as much as you support us.

Volunteering
75% of our employees volunteer in our community.
We are proudly a volunteer friendly workplace. Our team are encouraged to volunteer their time to community organisations, committees and Boards as we feel it enriches us personally and professionally.
Across our team we sit on over 40 community committees and boards in unpaid roles to further support our community, develop leadership and communication skills.
We actively support dedicated CFA volunteers, board members, blood donations and many more allowing our team members to contribute to the community during work hours.

Our team provides more than $150,000 annually in donation of hours and services. This allows organisations to direct the much needed funds to other areas where it would have been spent on finances.
