Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

AFS & Associates strive to create a more meaningful place to work and are committed to a sustainable future in all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion. As such, we are formally committing ourselves towards reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia, by developing our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

We acknowledge the Dja Dja Wurrung People, the Traditional Owners of the land that we work on.
We pay our respects to leaders and Elder’s past, present and emerging.

RAP Working Group

Our RAP working group is made up of internal team members who are driving our RAP objectives. Lead by Melissa Little and Kate Scarce, our RAP working group guides us by educating our team and organisation, developing diversity in our workplace and creating opportunities for First Nations peoples.
