Alongside our Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting, we have chosen to publish an Employer Statement outlining our gender pay gap position, key drivers and the actions we are taking. The statement reflects our broader commitment to transparency and continuous improvement as we progress our gender equality focus areas.
