Joshua Griffin Partner
Josh joined the Partnership in 2018 after eight years with AFS and has been instrumental in growing our Community Bank department. He now leads our Community Bank team servicing Bendigo Bank Community Banks nationwide.
Through the years Josh has worked with a range of different clients, including not‐for-profits, incorporated associations, charities, solicitor trust accounts, real estate trust accounts, Self‐Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), public listed and large proprietary company audits.
Josh’s professional approach ensures high quality compliance solutions. While understanding his client’s needs, he looks to provide practical solutions and not just opinions.
Currently leading AFS’s internal Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team working on sustainability reporting, Josh is passionate about the sustainability space and what role accountants can play now and into the future.
Josh is the Treasurer for his local Connected Community (Strathfieldsaye & Districts Community Enterprises), which has provided him with a greater understanding and appreciation of some of the challenges that boards face.
Outside of work, Josh is involved with his local community through his treasurer position and coaches his son’s soccer team. You also might see him down at BFT Bendigo most mornings or mountain biking on the weekends.
