Jessica Ritchie Partner
Jess joined the partnership in 2021 and has more than ten years’ audit and assurance experience, during which time Jess has gained exposure to clients across a diverse range of industries.
Jess is relationship focused and supports her clients in not only meeting their reporting obligations but achieving good business outcomes. Jess specialises in technical accounting matters and is passionate about sharing her knowledge in a clear, easy to understand manner, providing outcome-focussed technical advice.
Jess’ experience in assurance services encompasses external audit, acquittals, due diligence, internal audit, business consultancy and financial reporting across industries including not-for-profits, education, health and social services, land development and manufacturing.
Outside of work Jess enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to the community, having previously served as director for two local organisations.
