ANZ Bank are making changes that require customers with a standard bank feed connection between QuickBooks and ANZ, to upgrade to a direct feed connection.

ANZ recommend changing by 17 August 2022 to avoid any disturbance.

Without the upgrade, transactions may be missed when importing to QuickBooks Online. If transactions have been missed, they will have to be manually exported from ANZ and imported into QuickBooks via CSV file.

Direct feed connections can be set up securely online in minutes and provide a more stable and reliable connection to all account types. There is no cost to set up a direct feed connection and once done, transactions will appear within 1-2 days.
